Welcome to the North Shore of Chicago

The Winnetka Woman's Club has a tradition of friendship and volunteer service going back to 1908. It is a club for today, too, open to all who wish to become members.

  • Members come from across the wider community.
  • There are fun, interesting events for you and your family with proceeds directly benefitting the community.
  • Events also include some designed for families with young children.
  • Our beautiful up-to-date Clubhouse is available for rental for private parties, wedding parties, concerts, piano recitals, seasonal parties, memorial services and receptions and the like.
  • Our Youth Auxiliary learns about community involvement and volunteerism by holding their own series of events, like their ever-popular Sleep-Unders.
  • Scholarships are awarded every year to graduating high school seniors of character and need, who live in or attend school in New Trier Township, or who are dependents of employees of the Village of Winnetka.

  • On the North Shore of Chicago, the Winnetka Woman's Club is the perfect place for your wedding, wedding reception, bar or bat mitzvah, anniversary party, or any milestone event. It is also available for business seminars or corporate presentations. You may want to book it for a private party just to have fun!

  • In a parklike setting facing the Village Green, our historic Victorian Clubhouse is much more than a "wedding hall," yet still has all the modern amenities, like air-conditioning. Rental fees include tables, chairs, dishes, and silverware. Handicap accessible. It also has a spacious, well-appointed "Bride's Room," where the bride and bridesmaids can attend to final details.
