Included in the Fee

Included in the fee are the following items for your use.

12 8-foot banquet tables, 30-inches wide
18 60-inch round tables
200 white folding chairs
20 card tables, 34 inches by 34 inches
200 4-piece place settings of china (dinner plate, salad plate, cup, saucer)
200 4-piece place settings of stainless steel flatware (knife, teaspoon, dinner fork, salad fork)
2 100-cup coffeemakers
1 55-cup hot-water maker

Linens and glassware are not provided.

Your caterer is responsible for leaving the kitchen facilities (refrigerator, counters, floors, dishes, silverware) clean, garbage disposed of in plastic bags and placed in dumpster, and recyclables placed in provided containers.

Please note that we require an insurance certificate, with limits outlined in our contract, that list the Winnetka Woman's Club as an additional insured on a Primary basis. Caterer and service staff must be covered by liability, workers' compensation, and liquor liability insurance. Please make it a part of your contract with the caterer that this insurance will be in place on the day of your event.

Also note that since we are in a residential neighborhood, the music must be kept at a reasonable level and must stop at midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 10.30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.

When you schedule the delivery of beverage and rental items, also schedule the pick-ups. Deliveries are accepted between 9:00 a.m. and noon, Monday through Friday, or by arrangement with our office staff. Pick ups should be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, also between 9:00 a.m. and noon, or by special arrangement.

The Winnetka Woman's Club is perfectly suited for your wedding or rehearsal dinner. It is frequently used for bar and bat mitvahs, anniversary or birthday parties and the like.

Our historic air-conditioned building is situated in a park-like setting and offers a two-story Ballroom and separate Reception room, accommodating 180 guests. Our professional staff will ensure that your special day is one that you will cherish and remember fondly forever.
